THE HOME IS AN OUTSTANDING EXAMPLE OF A 2 1/2-STORY PRAIRIE BOX STYLE HOUSE WITH SPANISH CLAY TILE ROOF AND ITALIAN RENAISSANCE CORNICE-LINE BRACKETING. LOCATED WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF THE WAVERLY HISTORIC DISTRICT. LISTED ON NATIONAL REGISTER ON MARCH 3/24/87.
